2Nice singer/rapper from South London started his musical career at
the tender age of 12, He started working at local recording studios and
was schooled by his Father, As well as other UK Reggae legends. Quickly
becoming known for his extreme versatility, 2Nice featured on many
talent shows, and supported international reggae acts on their UK tours.
When introduced to the UK House
&... Garage scene, He quickly progressed in the genre and became
known for fusing it with his Reggae-Dancehall style. Following this
2Nice he had a number 1 video on Channel AKA and appeared on January
2002 RWD magazine. Following this 2Nice worked with UK stars like Tinie
Tempah, Dizze Rascal, Mark Morrison ,Wiley, Skepta and Gemma Fox to name
a few. In 2009 2Nice's first Dubstep single called "Warrior Charge" was
released. Later that year a dream came true for 2Nice, as he won the
award for "UK Unsigned Best Reggae/Dancehall Act", this was followed by a
European to Caribbean Tour. On his return he came back performing at
some of the best festivals worldwide and performing with legendary Drum
and Bass artists at Notting Hill Carnival. In 2010 2Nice recorded and
released both "Reality Shock" & "Grime Wave Mix Cd's", and also
featured on French group K-LBASS’s single and video "I Love". In 2011
2NICE joined forces with QW-KEY MUSICS TUBZ from the former Incredible
Music camp independently recording and promoting the video for the track
"REBEL", which won him the NXG Zine Magazine Artist of the week
competition. With over 70,000 votes.
Since then 2Nice has
joint forces with The Ital Audio Band a new Roots Reggae Band with
musicians that have experience spanning 20 years. Playing alongside
legendary acts such as Black Uhuru and Luciano to name a few. They have
now been performing and making their own brand of new roots /dancehall
playing at Shows and Festivals UK wide with the likes of Chipmunk,
Example, Frank Turner, Primal Scream, General Levy, Mad Professor and
Akala to name a few.
As a band they have has put a lot of time
in 2011 and their unique sound. 2012 will see a UK/European Tour from
2Nice & The Ital Audio Band along with many joint releases.
